Excellent Service Training Program for Coates Hire
We have been very busy travelling across Australia over the past 6 months completing a comprehensive practical service training program for Coates hire service teams.
The training commenced up in North Queensland – Townsville branch, and we worked our way down to Brisbane, Sydney down to Hobart, Adelaide and last week we completed a session in Perth as you can imagine we have travelled very far and long distances
This training program forms part of Mikasa together with Flextool brand strategic long term goals where we provide excellent products and back it up with exceptional support and post sales service.
The feedback from Coates hire has exceeded our expectations some of the feedback are as follows; “The team at Flextool/Mikasa are doing a great job” – “They are running a really good training program for our service team” – “ I am really impressed with their efforts = “who says you can teach an old dog new tricks” – “Simple training like this is very powerful, I am a fan”
Each training session consisted between 6 – 12 service managers some had 30+ years’ experience and a few was their first month on the job, this was a challenge for our team, however it was very pleasing to see that everyone that undertook the training learned something new.
Ultimately our goal is to be an easy company to deal with and by providing service training we go a long way in achieving in this.
